  • Add 400gms of condensed milk to whisked cream and mix them gently in 1 direction. Once its mixed, vanilla essence. After all r mixed well, add crushed oreo biscuits and mix them well

  • Transfer it to freezer safe container and leave it in the freezer for minimum 6 hours

Note:

  • Use good quality whipping cream for creamier ice cream, else it wont be very creamy
  • If you want your ice cream to be less sweet, reduced condensed milk by 50-100ml depending on your taste
  • You can add/reduce oreo cookies based on your taste
  • Dont worry if you have whisked the whipping cream beyond firm peaks, nothing would happen. Up to 2 or 3 minutes beyond is fine, I have experimented beyond that 😉
  • You can crush oreo completely or have chunks or mixed, its totally up to your taste
  • While whipping constantly check the cream’s temperature. If it comes to room temperature, refrigerate it for 5 to 10 minutes and then whist again.
